| Mywebpal signs Rust Communications to contract - July 12, 2001 | |

Rust Communications has entered into an agreement with Mywebpal for online newspaper services. The agreement, which pertains to the thirteen Rust daily publications, will be phased in over the next sixty days.
Rust Communications will also employ Mywebpal's AdBurst program for all thirteen properties. The AdBurst program provides materials, on site sales help, and ongoing assistance in the sale of local advertising for the publications. Rust Communications represents one of many large publishing groups who already use the Mywebpal system, and brings the total number of papers under contract with Mywebpal to 274.
